Quebec Jamboree
The Quebec AAA Challenge Cup team is ready to welcome you in Quebec City. You will obviously experience a very different event from what we used to do in recent years, under the circumstances, it was impossible for us to hold the same kind of event around our tournament. In order to respect the instructions issued by Public Health as well as to ensure uniformity in our league, the LEAAAQ, we obviously have to adapt to this new reality. In short, the festive atmosphere of the Challenge will be different this year, but should be fun and competitive.
We would like to thank you for your support in allowing young hockey players to FINALLY reconnect with their passion.
Important advice
You will find below the HEALTH PROTOCOL of our tournament. Here are the most important guidelines that we will need to put in place.
Wearing a mask : MANDATORY 12 years old and over must wear a mask in the arena. (According to public health rule.) Access to the game: Spectators will be admitted. (* The complexes cannot accommodate more than 250 people per ice)
Four coaches are permitted on the bench and must wear a face cover at all times.
Each team will have a manager, who will bring all the families together before entering the arena. (* Responsible task: take attendance of spectators.)
Players and coaches will have access to the locker room 30 minutes before their game and must leave within 15 minutes after the end of the match. Players will need to stay in the room before the game once entered. No coming and going will be allowed. (*** NO GAMES / WARMING IN CORRIDORS ***)
The spectators will have access 5 minutes before the start of the game and must also leave 2 minutes after it. All must wear a face cover. The spectators will not have access to the players' rooms or to the edge of the ice at the locker room level. It is therefore unnecessary to arrive in advance for your game, we do not allow anyone to access the sports complexes before the time mentioned above. Locker-room will be available 30 minutes before the game. If you want to start dressing the players, don't hesitate to do it in the parking lot.
Please help us to follow these rules so that our kids can play. In the event of non-compliance with our rules, we reserve the right to sanction the teams in question.
The organization thanks you very much and wishes you a wonderful weekend in the Quebec City!
